The main goal is to keep the batteries always at the same voltage to symetrie them.
If a battery while driving to have a low voltage, the voltage drop in one of the six cells of the battery under the maximum discharge voltage. The battery is permanently damaged by very quickly and completely fail.
This is only if it is used for each battery has its own power display. A total voltage
ad would still show 17 * 2.1V + 1 * 1.5 V = 37.2 V.
There are two ways to prevent this.
a) 12V single-shot (With characteristic for AGM batteries and temperature compensation)
b) 36V charger (with curve for AGM batteries and temperature compensation) and 2 PowerCheq Symetriergeräte.
single shot symetrie the batteries "only" when charging, the PowerCheq always do so when charging and during the trip. They thus bring in the ideal case up to 10% range. (Weak battery in the middle, both provide each 2A, 4A total, driving current for driving slowly 40A).
