We will send you the relevant log data for BACDi software (web application). The software allows you to anonymously your assessment center quickly and easily in the areas of design, to consider implementation, and evaluation / follow-up to its methodological quality. As a result, you receive a written feedback to you the strengths and weaknesses of your AC re-register in terms of scientific criteria and compared to a relevant reference group of AC (of the same company size and industry).
